100 Day Returns/Exchanges
We understand that online shopping can be hit and miss, so we would hate for you to pass on Theo threads because you're not sure they'll be the right fit.
If the item you received is not quite right for you, simply send us an email at email@example.com within 100 days to process the return/exchange. We will happily cover the cost of return shipping for full priced purchases, however the cost of return shipping for sale items will be on you. This is because our sale prices cut out most of our profit margins (we want to give you decent discounts!) and doesn't account for return postage fees.
At the end of the day, we hope to offer a wonderful service and experience for our tribe, so please understand that we don't make any money from charging postage - it subsidises only part of the cost of getting our items to you and zero of the cost of having it come back to us. We just like to play nice and hope that you do too!
